You can dump a dead body next to a group and they wont move. Yes you cant interact much with NPC's the way watchdogs lets you but Mafia 3's NPC are just awful. All the bad guys patrol in circles doing the exact same thing. Stip clubs have one girl on stage looping over the same animation. Lincoln has the same interrogation animations, same strangle and kill animations. I get it, mafia 3 is set in a racist world and tennis and golf are the last things Lincoln would play, but there are other activities he could do that are inline with the world But for AI to patrol in a circle all day and not even notice when their buddies are laying dead a few meters away in the open.unacceptable given what the game costs
